It’s that time of year again! With Christmas and the New Year right around the corner, we wanted to make sure our customers are aware of our holiday schedule for 2022/2023. There are a couple key dates to keep in mind as we approach Christmas, and we want to make sure you receive your orders on time before the holiday shutdown.
Key Dates for the 2022/2023 Holiday Season
KORE will close for the holidays at 4:00pm on Wednesday, 21st December.
- Please ensure all orders are placed by the end of day on Monday, 19th December at 5:30pm. Orders placed after this date will be delivered in the new year.
- Orders placed before this deadline may be delivered by end of day on Wednesday, 21st December, depending on availability. Limited delivery services may be available on Thursday, 22nd December. Please confirm availability with our customer service team by calling +353 49 433 6998.
- The KORE factory and offices will close on Wednesday, 21st December at 4:00pm and reopen in the new year at 9am on Tuesday, 3rd January 2023.
- In-person collection will also pause at 4:00pm on Wednesday, 21st December and resume on the 3rd January 2023.
- There will be limited customer service available during this time and no ordering or deliveries until we reopen in the new year.
