Job Description:
The Evening Shift Leader/Chargehand is responsible for the technical management, supervision and control of the production processes to meet the daily shipping plan taking into account not only of their own health and safety, but also the health and safety of others. The Evening Shift Leader is responsible to report any hazardous situations or concerns so that action can be taken.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning and organising production schedules in cooperation with production manager and logistics team
- Responsible for assessing the project and the resource requirements across all processes.
- Responsible for meeting customer schedules, monitoring production processes and adjusting schedules as needed
