by Brian Flax | Feb 12, 2021

KORE is pleased to announce a new online training system designed for installers of the KORE Fill Bonded Bead Cavity Wall Insulation System. This new online training system enhances our commitment to quality by ensuring all contractors who install KORE Fill Bonded Bead have access to a full, comprehensive training system available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

KORE’s technical business development manager, Andrew Butler, goes on to say, “At KORE we take an interest in our customers and developing our products and services that can maximise efficiencies for them. With this mind we have developed our KORE Fill Online Training program for the installer network.

This will assist our professional contractors to manage their staff needs and requirements when it comes to being up to date on training and developments in bonded bead. All this can be done from a mobile device or computer at a time and place that fits into their busy schedule.

With current restrictions and issue with COVID-19, staff can feel safe and secure fulfilling their training requirements in their own home. KORE are delighted to be able to roll out this new service to our customers as it represents the culmination of some hard work from different departments within the company, proving again what a great team we have.”

The KORE Fill online training will be a requirement for any new staff prior to receiving KORE approval to install the product, along with continuing education requirements for contractors with expiring registration. Completion of the online training will be audited as per our internal standard operating procedures and requirements under the KORE Fill NSAI Agrement Certificate.

KORE Fill online training expands our current online offering which includes training for installers and engineers of the KORE Insulated Foundation System. The KORE Online Academy will grow in the near future to include courses and training for other areas of the construction and insulation industries. In addition, KORE continues to offer continuing professional development courses in a one-to-one online setting.
