The theme for the night was ‘Creating a Culture of Quality and Excellence’ with inspirational speakers including Marcella Rudden from Cavan’s Local Enterprise Office, Deirdre McGlone, Director of Harvey’s Point in Co Donegal, and KORE’s Caroline Ashe Brady.
Caroline spoke about how KORE held strong during the recession, and realised the importance of company culture within success. Quality was paramount in the overall ideation of success, based on the four pillars of vision, team (our people), customers and brand. KORE worked tirelessly to create a vision that was embodied by all employees, a vision that aligned with our purpose and values of being best in class for personalised service, focusing on delivering the best technologically advanced insulation solutions to the construction industry.
KORE believes that an engaged and focused team who are committed to the delivery of the strategy are capable of leading themselves and others by showing initiative. It can be as simple as listening to your employees, holding workshops, mentoring employees, ensuring they know how important their input is to the success of the company.
We are customer driven, we focus on their needs, their expectations and their loyalty. We believe by listening to our customers, consistently delivering high quality products and service, while exceeding expectations, we will garner a strong relationship of success for the future.

Our brand is who we are, is how the world views us, through high quality products and service, flexibility and adaptability, customer focused and customer led, we created an innovative brand based on communication, quality, excellence, and customer satisfaction.
